3. Select Delete Account.
4. Confirm your request.
5. Your account deletion request will be processed within 7 working days.

Send an email from your registered email address to:

Subject: Account Deletion Request

Please include:

- Registered Mobile Number
- Registered Email Address
- Full Name

What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted?

Upon successful verification and processing:

- Your account profile will be permanently deleted.
- Personal information associated with your account will be removed.
- Login access to the Ayur Upchar App will be disabled.
- Saved preferences and non-essential data will be deleted.

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained for legal, regulatory, medical, taxation, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes, including:

- Consultation records
- Medical prescriptions
- Diagnostic reports
- Transaction and payment records
- Records required under applicable healthcare regulations

Such information will be retained only for the period required by applicable laws and regulations.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are generally processed within 7 working days of verification.
